REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Tranquil Designs LLC for your interior design and design-build services. We are committed to delivering exceptional service and a professional, transparent experience. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.
 

  1. Refund Eligibility:

      Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

      Project cancellation within 24hrs of signing the agreement, provided no design, planning, or construction                  services have commenced.

      Failure to commence the project within 7 business days of the agreed start date, excluding delays caused by            permitting, client revisions, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control.

   2. Non-Refundable Fees: 

       All consultation fees, design fees and design concept development fees are non-refundable.

       Design-build planning and pre-construction services.                                                                                 

       Deposits paid toward construction, materials, or labor.

   These fees reflect reserved time, professional expertise, and preparatory work.

​​

   3. Cancellation Policy:

       Clients may cancel the project by providing written notice. Cancellation fees may apply based on work                       completed at the time of cancellation, including design, planning, procurement, and construction services                 already rendered.

   4. Scope of Refunds:

       Refunds, if approved, apply only to fees associated with incomplete or unsatisfactory professional services.               Products, materials, custom items, permits, and third-party services are non-refundable.

     

   5. Timeframe for Refund Requests:

       Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of the eligible circumstance.

   6. Communication of Issues:

       Clients must promptly communicate any concerns or issues that may lead to a refund request by contacting:             Deri Washington at deri@tranquil-designs

       Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days after receiving all required                           documentation.

   7. Documentation Requirements:

       Clients may be required to provide supporting documentation, including written descriptions, photographs, or             other relevant information related to the refund request.

   8. Policy Modification:

       Tranquil Designs LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes         in advance.
